Victory! Download Area

The files provided in this area are of two types: standard ZIP files (.zip) and self-extracting ZIP files (.exe). The self-extracting ZIP files contain the same information as the standard ZIP files but they can be uncompressed without an unzip utility. Simply download the file and double-click on it to execute. The standard ZIP files are provided for those of you who have unzip utilities available - these files are a little smaller than their comparable self-extracting versions so they can be downloaded a little faster. Please note that you do not need to download every file in this area. There are files that give you the whole thing and files that give you select pieces - it all depends on what you want and need.   • VOEP 1.0.2.zip (911K)  -  A player developed alternative turn entry program for Victory! (RTG approved). Unzip to any folder (just keep all files in that same folder) and see program help feature for usage instructions. Version updated 2/28/10. Windows.
  •   VOEP 1.0.3.zip (911K)  -  The latest version of the Victory! Order Entry Program for Victory! (RTG approved). Unzip to any folder (just keep all files in that same folder) and see program help feature for usage instructions. Features corrections (new main program, new database) for the xClermont Ferrand, Ports (xGibralter, xTirane, xDubrovnik) and Gamble/Manley issues. Version updated 2/19/11. Windows.

  • SetupExamplesALL.zip (272K)  The complete set of Victory! nation setups (zip compressed). A great resource for a newer player - see what the starting setup result looks like for every nation before you figure out your setup request's nation list.

  • VictoryConditions.pdf (9K)  -  A blank Optional Victory Conditions form in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. Completed form must be submitted by Turn 3 of a new game. Form can be printed and mailed/faxed or you can provide the information in a seperate email to Russ at Russ@rollingthunder.com

  •   Get Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print .PDF files.

  •   Get WinZip to handle archive duties and any .zip compressed files you may wish to receive from us. An evaluation version can be downloaded for free but the registered version will run you $29.00. A very useful program to have in any event, if you use a Windows OS. WinZip is a registered trademark of Nico Mak Computing, Inc. and you need to visit their site to obtain this software.
